APOLOGIES.. but please note:
The time of our first game included in the original message was incorrect. The time of our first game in Osoyoos/Oliver tournament is 8:45 PM, Friday night, in Osoyoos. The Calendar on the website was correct.

Once again, apologies for any confusion.

The track suit supplier has indicated we can put either the name, number or both on the hoods of the hoodies. For most of the players I only have the jersey number noted on the hoody but a couple of you have indicated you’d prefer both and one person has indicated last name only. Now that I’ve confirmed the options, I thought I should check back with everyone just in case anyone else wants both. Please email me back if you’d like to change the silkscreen message on the hoods…If I don’t hear back from you I’ll order as per your previous confirmations.

The majority of people prefer Navy Hoodies with white lettering so that’s what we’re going with.

Please let Andi know what you would prefer, if it is different from what you told her previously.

The tournament in Oliver will follow a typical weekend tournament pattern. We will play on Friday the 14th. I’ve asked that we be scheduled late in the day to allow for our travel time, but all the teams are coming from out of town and we will take what they give us, so we need to be prepared. We will probably play two games on Saturday the 15th, and then one on the Sunday morning. We are guaranteed 4 games, but how many we play and how late we stay on the Sunday will depend on how the team places.

There isn’t much accommodation in Oliver itself, but Osoyoos 20 – 30 minutes to the south has a number of options. I’ve stayed at Spirit Ridge a number of times, once before for a hockey tournament – and the accommodation is very nice. We can get some group rates….but need to establish some rough numbers first. Please let me know how many rooms your family needs, or who might be doubling up etc. so I can complete the negotiation prior to making reservations. Please check out spiritridge.ca
